Easy Cheesy Artichoke Dip Recipe
Artichoke Dip
~Preheat your oven to 425 Degrees
Ingredients
1 jar of artichoke hearts
1 cups of Monterrey Jack cheese
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 cup of Hellmans Mayo
1 box of crackers or toast
Directions
1)In a medium to large bowl put Monterrey Jack Cheese, Parmesan Cheese and Mayo.
2)Artichoke heart juice need to be drained from can or jar, then cut up into small pieces does not have to be perfect.Put into bowl with other ingredients.
3) Mix everything together until everything looks well mixed.
4) Get a round pie pan or casserole dish and put mixture inside, bake on 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown
serve on toast or crackers, great for parties,snacks or comfort food
